ATAM TOURISM POLYTECHNIC, MARCH 10, 2019, In support of the Siak District Education Exhibition Program, Riau, from the BTP Team along with Siak Arifin Jonathan Students (Culinary Management students 6 B), Rizky and Tiara (Manahasiswa Culinary Management smt 8, and Rangga ( The Smt 8 Food Beverage Management student conducted a cooking demonstration and presentation of food in front of the VVIP line in front of the Siak-Riau Palace with the students demonstrating some reliable dishes, especially Jala Bread, which is a Malay Traditional Cuisine.
