Monitoring from Batam Tourism Polytechnic (Ms. Siska Maldin and Pak Azri – Cooperation Section) at Ritz Carlton Hong Kong met Human Resources Ms. Janice Seto along with BTP Culinary Management students, Room Division Management and Food Beverage Management who were completing the OJT (On the Job Training) and return to Indonesia again … period July – Dec 2019. This collaboration has been established for BTP students on the job training in one of the 5 star international chain hotels in Hong Kong. @ The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong
